Charlene Farrugia used to be consider the pianist “enfant terrible”, as she debuted at age 13 with the performance at the National Orchestra of Malta. With the discovery of her talent, tours around the world followed. Her continued career was marked by victories in a number of international contests and competitions, while performing a demanding piano repertoire gave her the opportunity to collaborate with many prominent orchestras and conductors. She also recorded an album (Charles Camilleri “Piano Concerto No. 1”) for NAXOS, one of the leading publishers of classical music.
